William E. Wentworth, 35, of Sparta, died May 14, 2015, in Sparta.
Visitation will be May 17, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Quernheim Funeral Home, and May 18, from 9 to 10 a.m., at Hope Christian Church.
Funeral services will be May 18, at 10 a.m., at the church, Pastor Joshua Boyer officiating.
Interment will follow at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, Waterloo.
