Emergency personnel responded shortly before 11:30 p.m. Tuesday to a vehicle crash in the area of 625 State Route 158 in Columbia.

Police said a 2012 Ford Escape driven by Jennifer Jackson, 34, of Arnold, Mo., went off the roadway and struck a tree.

She refused medical transport at the scene.
