Concrete rescue in Columbia

The Columbia Fire Department was called about 1:10 p.m. Monday to assist Columbia EMS with rescuing a man who fell into wet concrete in a newly poured basement on Lakeshore Drive.

Initial reports are the man suffered a broken arm.
