Patrick and Angela Miesner of Marissa are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter Charlotte Ruth.

She was born May 24, 2013, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville. She weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

She joins her older sister Sophia, 3, and brother Samuel, 22 months.

Her maternal grandparents are Dave and Amy Brewer of Belleville.

Paternal grandparents are Patricia Miesner of Laurel, Md., and Duane Miesner of Tilden.

Her maternal great-grandparents are LaVerne Schlosser of Creve Coeur, Mo., Edwin and Judy Schlosser of O’Fallon, and the late Agnoles Blow of Red Bud.

The paternal great-grandparents are Joe Taylor (Lucille Sweat) of Kentucky, and the late Sue Taylor, and Stan and Ruth Kerr of Sedalia, Mo., and the late Erwin Miesner.
