Henry and Jessy Horrell of St. Louis, announce the birth of their daughter. Cecilia Mary Horrell was born Sept. 4 at Mercy Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 18.5 inches long. Cecilia is eagerly welcomed by her 2-year-old sister, Edie. Maternal grandparents are Randy and Robin Wetzler. Paternal grandparents are Don and Judy Horrell.
