Kylie Lynn Bicklein and Kale Matthew Procasky

Kylie Lynn Bicklein of Waterloo and Kale Matthew Procasky of Millstadt have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Michael and Karen Bicklein, and Jennifer Brooks, all of Waterloo. She is a graduate of Waterloo High School and is currently a full-time student at Saint Louis University majoring in behavioral psychology.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rick and Lynn Procasky of Millstadt. He is a graduate of Belleville West High School and is employed as a lab lead with the American Red Cross.

The couple are planning an October 2019 wedding.
