Bertha L. Hoffmann (nee Yarbrough), 91, of Columbia, died Aug. 20, 2015.

She was born Dec. 27, 1923, in Richwoods, Mo., daughter of the late Charles and Minerva Yarbrough (nee Nickelson).

She was married to LeRoy K. Hoffmann, Sr., who survives her. They had been married for more than 59 years.

Also surviving are her daughters Patricia (Don) Gruber of Columbia, Marjorie Wilde of Capitola, Calif., and Mary Lamantia of Chicago;, son LeRoy (Glenda) Hoffmann, Jr. of Swansea; and grandchildren Stephanie (Joe) Briskey, Nicole Lamantia, Angelo Lamantia, Tommy Lamantia, Jr., Jeff (Janet) Gruber and Dan Gruber; along with other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Joseph Yarbrough, sisters Helen Kerbel, sister Ryth Tauber, brother Charles Yarbrough, Jr., sister Blanche Schneider, brother Robert Yarbrough, brother Alvin Yarbrough, and brother Rolan Yarbrough.

Visitation is Friday, Aug. 21, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Lawlor Funeral Home, Columbia; and Saturday, Aug. 22, from 10 to 11 a.m., at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Columbia.

Funeral services will be Saturday, at 11 a.m., at the church, with Pastor Steven Theiss officiating.

Interment will follow at Evangelical St. Paul Cemetery, Columbia.
