Gibault Catholic High School goaltender Austin Gregson is the Republic-Times Athlete of the Week.

In the Hawks’ postseason run, Gregson has allowed only three goals in five games and notched three shutouts, including Tuesday’s 3-0 super-sectional overtime victory over Quincy Notre Dame.

The senior has played in 10 solo shutouts this season, ranking him among the top goalies in the Metro East according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch. He boasts a record of 17-3-3 on the season with 148 saves heading into the state tournament.
