This week’s Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Waterloo-Freeburg hockey player Adam Phelps. He leads the team in goals with 16 and assists with 14 entering the first round of the playoffs. The Raging Bulldogs begin a best-of-three playoff series with the Columbia Ice Eagles on Tuesday, Feb. 10 in Granite City.
