The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Waterloo Millers pitcher Matt McGilvray. The southpaw from Mineral Area College threw a 74-pitch no-hitter in Waterloo’s 3-0 win over the St. Louis Printers on Sunday. McGilvray struck out four and walked just two in the victory.
