R-T Athlete of the Week | Ty Lenhardt

The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Waterloo High School basketball player Ty Lenhardt. The sophomore guard leads the Bulldogs in scoring this season at nearly 11 points per game, including a 17.5 points per game average during last week’s Sparta Mid-Winter Classic. Lenhardt also leads the team in assists at 2.6 per game. He’s shooting 81 percent from the free throw line for the season.
