Emergency personnel responded shortly before 2 p.m. Sunday to a multi-vehicle crash on Route 3 at Valmeyer Road in Columbia. Injuries were believed to be minor in nature. Three vehicles were involved, with two towed from the scene.

Police said the vehicles involved were a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Brittany Hard, 24, of Waterloo, a 2019 Chevy Equinox driven by Alicia Craft, 31, of Waterloo, and a 2008 Suzuki LX7 driven by Angela Judge, 42, of Collinsville.

Hard was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
