Woman airlifted following Columbia crash

Columbia police, fire and EMS personnel responded about 9:15 p.m. Saturday to a two-vehicle crash with injury in the 2400 block of Ramsey Road near River Lakes Golf Course.

Kimberly Rhodes, 28, of Columbia, was airlifted by Arch medical helicopter to Saint Louis University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. She was driving a red 1985 Chevrolet pickup truck, which collided with a white 2013 Ford SUV driven by Allison Ramsey, 28, of Columbia.

Two occupants were in the SUV and both refused medical treatment.

Ramsey was arrested for aggravated DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.
