DUI arrest following Waterloo crash

A Minnesota woman was arrested for DUI following a single car crash that occurred shortly after midnight Thursday in the area of Route 3 and North Market Street. The car, a Toyota driven by Ines Kovacevic, 28, of St. Louis Park, Minn., came to rest in the ditch near the vacant Michael’s on Market restaurant building.

Kovacevic was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
