Columbia Police
Nov. 1
Michael J. Hicks, 23, of Hartford, Conn., was cited for soliciting without a permit on Russell Court at Terry Drive.
Nov. 2
Antoinne A. Parker, 35, of St. Louis, was arrested on an in-state warrant for failure to appear (illegal transportation) and cited for speeding on Admiral Parkway southbound at Mark Drive.
Jackie Lynn Deberry, 26, of Rosebud, was arrested on a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance at the police department.
Nov. 3
Vasko T. Boll, 29, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a Monroe County warrant for expired registration at the police department.
Nov. 5
Nichole L. Kent, 33, of Cahokia, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant and for no insurance, obstructing a police officer, driving while license revoked and expired registration sticker at Moto Mart.

Monroe County Sheriff
Oct. 28
No citations were issued following a crash at 4:30 p.m. on HH Road west of Forest Hills Lane involving a 2002 Kawasaki motorcycle driven by Thomas A. Davidson, 45, of Waterloo, and a 2006 Pontiac G6 driven by Amanda Holt, 34, of Waterloo. The motorcycle was traveling west on HH Road and lost control at a curve, striking the car. Davidson was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County.
Oct. 31
Caleb Sobota, 19, of Belleville, was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of cannabis in a penal institution following an afternoon traffic stop on Route 3 at Quarry Road in Columbia.
Nov. 3
Deputies are investigating following reports of altercations involving students who attend Career Center of Southern Illinois, formerly known as Beck Area Career Center. The first such altercation took place in the Walmart parking lot, with a subsequent confrontation taking place at Metter Park in Columbia.
Nov. 5
James Ivy, 35, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant at the sheriff’s department.
Melissa Amann, 35, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant on Route 3 at Hilltop Road.

Waterloo Police
Oct. 13
Elizabeth L. Olish, 31, of Fults, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart. She is alleged to have taken crayons, baby wipes and other items from the store.
Nov. 1
Chad Bergman, 42, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant for petition to revoke conditional discharge (theft).
Casey Hurley, 33, of Red Bud, Christopher Brigance, 26, of Waterloo, and Lee Nichols, 31, of Cahokia, were each issued city ordinance violations for public fighting on Mill Street at Church Street, Hurley was also arrested on a Randolph County warrant.
Nov. 2
Ashley LaPointe, 29, of Smithton, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
Michael G. Murdock Jr., 27, of Cahokia, was arrested for unlawful possession of a converted/stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance (methylphenidate hydrochloride liquid) following an incident at 206 S. Market Street.
Nov. 6
Theresa Miller, 26, of Waterloo, was arrested at 412 S. Market Street on a failure to appear warrant stemming from a city ordinance violation for high weeds and also on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant for no insurance.
Nov. 7
William Goodnick, 56, of Waterloo, was issued a notice to appear for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident that occurred Aug. 13 on Route 3 at Marketplace Drive.
