Daniel J. Mount

Daniel J.  Mount, 55, of St. Louis, died Oct. 7, 2016, in St. Louis.

He was born Sept. 22, 1961, in Red Bud, son of the late Arnold Duane Mount and Arlene R. Mathews.

He is survived by his brothers and sister Christopher Mount, Christine (Bob) Koch, and Joseph Mount (Larry Jones); niece and nephews Nicole Mount, Joshua Murphy, and Jonathan Mount; great-niece Evelyn Murphy; great-nephew Declan Murphy; and dearest lifetime friends Julian Williams and Mike Zang.

He is preceded in death by  his parents; grandparents Lawrence and Pearl Mathews; and nephew Micky David Mount.

A memorial visitation will be Oct. 13, from 5-7 p.m., at Quernheim Funeral Home, Waterloo.

A memorial service will be Oct. 13, at 7 p.m., at the funeral home, Pastor Brian Sieve officiating.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to AIDS Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, or Helping Strays of Monroe County.
