Stephanie Ann Baldwin and Douglas Alan Stamm

Stephanie Ann Baldwin of Waterloo and Douglas Alan Stamm of Red Bud have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Stephen and Carleen Baldwin of Waterloo. She is a graduate of Waterloo High School, and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and Lindenwood University with a Master of Arts in Elementary Education. She is employed as a kindergarten teacher in Belleville.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Dennis and Debra Stamm of Red Bud. He is a graduate of Red Bud High School and is employed at R&M Transportation in Sparta.

The couple are planning a Nov. 5, 2016, wedding.
