Police and EMS personnel responded to a crash on northbound Route 3 just north of Hanover Road in between Columbia and Waterloo at about 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday.

A Dodge Ram pickup truck driven by Philip Miller, 52, and a GMC Envoy driven by Claire McGinnis, 52, were the vehicles involved. Initial reports are that one of the vehicles struck a dog in the roadway, resulting in the collision.

Injuries were initially reported but it was not known if any of those involved in the wreck required medical transport. Check back for more information as it becomes available.
