Chandler Miller and Tyler Doerr are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Laura and Gerald Miller of Waterloo. She is a graduate of Waterloo High School, Kaskaskia College and St. Louis College of Health Careers. She is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and is currently employed at First National Bank of Waterloo.

The prospective groom is the son of Dawn and Dean Doerr of Waterloo. He is a graduate of Waterloo High School and Ranken Technical College, and is employed at Red Bud Industries as a welder.

The couple are planning an Oct. 8, 2016, wedding.
