Columbia Police
Oct. 29
Tony M. Kelley, 56, of East Carondelet, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Old State Route 3 at Mule Road.
Oct. 31
Adrienne A. Phillips, 41, of Troy, was arrested for possession of cannabis (more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia on I-255 westbound. Also arrested in the traffic stop was Katherine S. Davis, 33, of Highland, for possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, suspended registration and no insurance.

Oct. 16
Heather N. Burgdorf, 28, of Red Bud, was transported to Touchette Regional Hospital by Columbia EMS after the 2001 Saturn SC1 she was driving on Bluff Road near DD Road left the roadway and traveled down an embankment at about 12:45 a.m.
Oct. 17
A 16-year-old Columbia male was taken to Belleville Memorial Hospital by his parents after the Ford Fusion he was driving on Gall Road just east of Schewe Falls hit a bump, slid off the roadway and overturned at about 4 p.m.

The possible theft of a cell phone from an apartment in the 500 block of South Main Street in Oct. 31
Randall Madson of Waterloo was arrested on a Monroe County warrant on Route 3 near Palmer Road in Columbia.

Oct. 25
Amanda Price, 31, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Oct. 26
Travis Sneed, 23, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Randolph County warrant.
Jing Li, 32, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery in the 400 block of Station Crossing.
Oct. 28
A juvenile was arrested for retail theft at Walmart after allegedly stealing a 750 milliliter bottle of Bacardi Rum from the store.
Oct. 31
Steven Stryker, 38, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery in the 500 block of South Market Street.
