Semi-truck fire near Red Bud

The Red Bud Fire Department responded Friday at about 2:45 p.m., to a report of the cab of a semi-truck on fire with flames showing at 7535 LL Road in Monroe County.
The truck, which was completely destroyed, belongs to Charlie Cowell Farms and had just returned from a trip to a landfill, according to reports from the scene. No injuries were reported.
