Columbia Police
Sept. 2
A report of misdemeanor criminal damage to property regarding a “Black Lives Matter” sign outside a home on Centerville Road is under investigation. The sign was vandalized multiple times over the past couple of weeks.
Sept. 3
Anthony D. Jackson, 36, of St. Louis, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant at George Weber Chevrolet.
Antonio C. Watkins, 28, was arrested for an in-state warrant on North Main Street at Route 3.
Sept. 5
Dylan W. Pincsak, 24, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Montgomery County warrant at 200 Columbia Centre.
Sept. 6
Jessica C. Blandford, 23, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI, failure to signal and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Monroe County Sheriff
Sept. 3
Lucas J. Hager, 19, of Waterloo, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the area of HH Road at Gall Road.
Brittany Marquart, 23, of Olney, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Candace Zimmer, 27, of Waterloo was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Sept. 6
Deputies arrested Brandon R. Scott, 29, of Cahokia for DUI and felony criminal damage to property after he allegedly drove through several soybean and corn fields in the area of Levee Road and B Road.
Sept. 8
Emergency personnel responded about 3 p.m. to a single-vehicle crash with a minor injury reported in the area of 748 D Road at Croatia Drive near Columbia. The female driver of the vehicle was treated by ambulance personnel at the scene but refused medical transport.

Waterloo Police
Sept. 5
Kalvin Ferrill, 20, of Belleville, was cited for unlawful possession of alcohol, speeding and driving while license suspended on North Moore Street.
Police assisted emergency personnel in responding to a medical situation involving a 2-year-old. The child was airlifted by medical helicopter to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.
Sept. 6
Scott Dillow, 42, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Route 3 at Market Street.
Keith Ruger, 33, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery in the 400 block of South Library Street.
Sept. 8
Police were called to the Waterloo High School parking lot for the report of a student in possession of drugs.
