Columbia Police
 June 15 – Kacey C. Holbrook, 28, and Scott L. Corbin, 37, of Columbia, were each arrested for domestic battery at 2804 Lakeside Drive. Both were subsequently charged by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department on a bail bond violation in connection to this incident. Additional charges of felony aggravated battery of a police officer and felony assault of a corrections officer were levied against Holbrook after she “shoved (Waterloo police officer) Evan Ford into a wall and kicked his shin” and “lunged as if to head butt (correctional officer) Justin Braun in the face,” court information states.
June 15 – Larry W. Holleman, 37, of Hillsboro, Mo., was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant on Admiral Parkway at Eagle Drive.
June 20 – Travis J. Freeman, 38, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol on Agnew Street at St. Louis Street.
June 21 – Michael S. Siebert, 40, of Belleville, was arrested on a violation of an order of protection at 2719 Overview Drive.

Illinois State Police
June 18 – Jessica L. Velders, 35, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI on I-255.

Monroe County Sheriff
June 15 – David L. Brown of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant and for driving while suspended, no registration plate light and illegal transportation of alcohol on Route 3 at Quarry Road.
June 15 – The theft of cash and a check from an unlocked vehicle in the 900 block of Country Club Lane is under investigation. The theft occurred between the evening of June 12 and afternoon of June 13.
June 17 – Two drivers, Whitney Horrell, 18, of Red Bud and Jonathan Francis, 19, of Covington, Tenn., were cited for disobeying a “road closed” traffic sign due to high water on Faust Road. No injuries were reported.
June 18 – Jesse Ryan Dill, 22, of Waterloo, and Kyle S. Pollock, 20, of Belleville, were each charged with felony burglary to a shed at the Maeystown Civic Association park. Police said that at 6:39 a.m., they received a call about a suspicious vehicle at the shed. A witness reported there were subjects inside the shed and interrupted the burglary. Deputies tracked the vehicle to an address on Rachael Drive in Waterloo and took the suspects into custody within hours. “I want to commend Chief Deputy Jim Lansing, Deputy Bruce Whipple and Deputy Larry Gardner for the investigation that led to arrests within four hours of the incident,” Monroe County Sheriff Neal Rohlfing said.
June 19 – Jessy D. Ledbetter, 30, of Waterloo, was picked up in St. Louis on a felony arrest warrant in connection with a March 15 burglary on East Cherry Street in Columbia. He was also picked up on arrest warrants for the May thefts of lawnmowers in this county and on a failure to appear warrant stemming from a previous retail theft at Walmart.
June 19 -Joshua Shaffer, 32, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence on East Fourth Street in Waterloo.
June 20 – Christopher Czapla, 47, of Washington, Mo., was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol on Route 3 at HH Road.
June 20 – Kevin C. Maxfield, 54, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, driving too fast for conditions and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident in the area of 3900 Baum Road about 11 p.m.  The vehicle he was driving went through a front yard and struck a tree. No serious injuries were reported.

Waterloo Police
June 17 – Kinina M. Cunningham, 35, of Cahokia, Naja C. Johnson, 20, of East St. Louis, and a 14-year-old Centreville girl were charged with felony theft after taking 18 bottles of liquor, beer, women’s clothing and other items from Walmart having a value in excess of $300.
June 19 – Police are investigating a report of a suspicious man with sexual intentions who approached a woman in the Walmart parking lot about 6 a.m. The man was described as being in his early 20s with light brown hair and was driving a black older model Ford Ranger style truck with no front license plate.
June 21 – Dimitri Hayes, 22, of Waterloo, was arrested for criminal trespass to vehicle, obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest following an incident at the skate park, 308 N. Library Street.
