Columbia fire, police and EMS, along with Monroe County sheriffs and county EMS, were working two simultaneous crashes in Columbia at 6 p.m., Thursday.

At about 5:55 p.m., a crash was reported at Ghent and Quarry roads, with a nine-year-old on the scene reporting abdominal pain.

Then, at about 6 p.m., a crash was reported at Admiral Parkway and Veteran’s Parkway, at the entrance to McDonald’s, with a woman on the scene complaining of neck pain.
