Jim and Angie Marquardt of Waterloo announce the birth of their daughter, Lydia Ann Marquardt.

She was born at 1:11 p.m. Dec. 6, 2014 at St. Anthony’s in St. Louis, Mo.

She weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

Lydia was welcomed to the world by big sister Madison Marquardt and big brother Caden Marquardt.

Her paternal grandparents are Joe and Sharon Marquardt of Valmeyer.

Maternal grandparents are George and Nancy Schmidt of Waterloo.

Her great-grandmothers are Mary Crook and Mary Ann Schmidt.
