Leone C. Jung, 88, of Waterloo, died Nov. 22, 2014 in St. Louis, Mo.

She was born March 20, 1926, in Columbia, daughter of the late Louis P. and Emma J. Vogt, nee Hauptfleisch.

She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Church and past member of the Waterloo Country Club.

Leone is survived by her children, Sandra Henderson, Victoria (Douglas) Clements, Cynthia (Lee) Peterson, Pamela (Dennis) Hobbs, Lisa Biscof; grandchildren Dena (Marc) Protenic, Michael Henderson, Andrea Henderson, Heather (Bob) Prokopf, Christian (Melinda) Rusteburg, John Clements, Sarah (Jason) Hamrick, Rebecca and Samantha Peterson, Kirsten (Brian) Westrich, Taylor Cole, Andrew and Libby Biscof; seven great-grandchildren; sister Evelyn (Joe) Sondag; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Ray and Jenny Jung, Roger and Ruth Jung; along with nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene L. Jung, brother Paul Vogt, sister-in-law Evelyn Vogt, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Lavern and Audrey Doiron, nee Jung.

Visitation will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. Nov. 25 and 8 to 9:30 a.m. Nov. 26 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo.

A funeral Mass will take place at 10 a.m. Nov. 26 at Ss. Peter and Paul Church in Waterloo.

Interment will follow at Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Waterloo.

Memorials may be made to the Visiting Nurses Association.
