Columbia police, fire and EMS responded shortly before 5 p.m. Saturday to a vehicle crash with injuries at Route 3 and North Main Street in Columbia.

An official who responded to the scene said a southbound van and an SUV were the two vehicles involved. Two occupants of the SUV were transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.

The driver of the van, Stacy A. Morgan, 41, of Columbia, was arrested at the scene for aggravated DUI, driving while license revoked, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to yield turning left.
