Wilbert O. C. Voelker, 95, of Waterloo, died Nov. 10, 2014 in Waterloo.

He was born July 12, 1919 in Waterloo, son of the late Daniel T. and Edna A. Voelker, nee Hoffmann.

He was a member of Zion UCC in St. Joe, Monroe County Farm Bureau, Monroe County Pork Producers and Board of Directors at Monroe Service Co. (former director).

He is survived by his children Gary Voelker (Cena Pogue), Lennis (Kim) Voelker, Don (Jean) Voelker and Gene (Holly) Voelker; grandchildren Denise Voelker, Andrew (Karen) Voelker, Adam (Jenny) Voelker, Austin Voelker (Taryn Willis), Alex Voelker, Daniel Voelker (Courtnie Niederbrach), Brianna Voelker, Jada Voelker, Matthew (Lauren) Voelker, Mitchell Voelker (Bianca Doherty); great-grandchildren Logan and Dane Voelker, Reagan Posey, Kennedy Voelker, Aubrey and Wesley Voelker; sister Pearl Hirsch; sister-in-law Ada Mueller; along with nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Marie R. Voelker, nee Mueller and grandson Eric Michael Voelker.

Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Nov. 14 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and 9 to 10 a.m. Nov. 15 at Zion United Church of Christ in St. Joe.

A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Nov. 15 at the church.

Interment will follow at Zion Cemetery in St. Joe.

Memorials may be made to the church or Oak Hill.
