Vehicle strikes tree on GG Road

EMS responding to a single vehicle accident on GG Rd and N. Moore St.

The driver was in a Honda Civic with Illinois plates and was driven by younger female. She was traveling east on GG Road and lost control on curve at North Moore Street around 1:30 p.m. Friday, skidding off the road into patch of small trees. She was transported by Monroe County EMS to St. Anthony’s Medical Center for treatment of a minor injury. The driver was wearing her seat belt.
