Fourth Street closed due to downed cable TV lines

Fourth Street was shut down between Market and Rogers streets in Waterloo around 9:30 a.m. Thursday, after a large truck knocked down cable TV lines. City crews responded to determine for sure that the downed lines were not electrical.
