Amanda L. Orwig and Sean P. Dugan of Waterloo have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Jimmie and Elaine Pope of Moore, Okla.

She graduated from Moore High School in Moore, Okla., and went on to receive her associate’s degree in nursing. She is currently studying nursing at St. Louis Community College.

The groom-to-be is the son of Joe Dugan, Nolene Duclos and step-father Bob Duclos of Waterloo.

He graduated from Waterloo High School and Ranken Technical College. He owns Dugan’s Woodworking.

A Nov. 11, 2014 wedding is planned.
