The Eagles easily won over Valmeyer in their first game, 20-0, as five of their players hit home runs (Kaylee Bastien, Kalli Farmer, Kelly Metter, Caitlyn Touchette and Brianna Weilbacher).

Waterloo won with similar ease over Gibault, 14-3, setting up a championship game against Columbia. Ashley Reeder went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs, and Kady Cecena contributed a hit and three RBIs in the win over the Hawks.

In the final, Columbia imposed its will over Waterloo, winning 10-0 in six innings. Weilbacher was outstanding once again on the mound, allowing just one hit. Bastien collected three hits for the Eagles, and Touchette smacked another homer.

The Eagles are now 19-2 on the season.
