Danielle Anné Laurent of Ruma and Clayton Michael Turner of Waterloo announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Terry and Tammy Laurent of Ruma.

She is a 2007 graduate of Red Bud High School and a 2011 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor of science in nursing. She is employed at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

The groom-to-be is the son of Michael and Shirley Turner of Waterloo.

He is a 2005 graduate of Waterloo High School and a 2007 graduate of Southwestern Illinois College with an associate’s degree in administration of justice. He is employed with the state of Illinois.

They are planning an Oct. 11, 2014 wedding.
