Siren test March 3 in Columbia

The Columbia Police Department will be testing the City of Columbia siren system Monday, March 3 at 10 a.m.

Columbia’s Department of Public Works will have a person at each siren location to ensure the equipment is working properly, Columbia Deputy Police Chief Jerry Paul said.

The first week of March is National Severe Weather Preparedness Week.
