Injury crash on Route 158

Columbia police and fire, Illinois State Police and Monroe County EMS responded to a two-car crash with injury on Route 158 at Columbia Quarry Road.

The call went around shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday. Traffic was backed up in both directions as emergency personnel worked to clear the crash scene. Initial reports are none of the injuries are serious in nature.
