The Gibault Catholic High School volleyball team is this week’s Republic-Times Team of the Week.

The Lady Hawks were the sole local team to make it out of their regional. GCHS ended its postseason run last week in the IHSA Class 2A Carterville Sectional championship match.

Gibault touted a 24-9 record to end the 2013 season.
