Multiple local law enforcement agencies responded late Friday night to the area of West Third Street near Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic School in Waterloo following a domestic disturbance that resulted in the suspect fleeing the scene upon police arrival.

The suspect was not in custody as of Saturday evening, Waterloo police said, but was finally brought into custody on Monday. Charges are pending.

Assisting the Waterloo Police Department were Columbia police and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department.
