Columbia Police

Jan. 1

Bryce S. Kollack, 20, of Waterloo, was arrested shortly after 2:15 a.m. for DUI, unlawful consumption of alcohol, unlawful possession of alcohol, speeding and disregarding a traffic control device on Route 3 at Mark Drive.

Jan. 2

Manuel L. Gusman, 49, of Columbia, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant and for driving while suspended and improper turn signal on I-255.

Jeperson Sandoval Condori, 37, of Dupo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant and for expired registration, no insurance, and for no license on North Main Street at Route 3. 

Millstadt Police

Dec. 29

At 2:38 a.m, Jordan C. Swan, 39, of Fairview Heights, was arrested for obstructing identification, resisting a peace officer, driving while revoked, operation of vehicle while suspended for non-insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol in the 6700 block of Route 163. 

Jan. 3

At 11:19 a.m. police received a complaint from Columbia police in reference to a reckless driver headed toward Millstadt.  Police located the vehicle on Veterans Drive. Upon investigating, Theresa K. Lafore, 59, of Chesterfield, Mo., was arrested for aggravated DUI and driving while license revoked.

Monroe County Sheriff

 Dec. 31

Tyler J. Weber, 37, of Prairie du Rocher, was charged with residential burglary for allegedly entering a residence in Renault with the intent to commit theft.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 31

Matthew J. Frisella, 42, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation and a lighting violation  on North Market Street at Columbia Avenue.
