Local Girl Scouts will be picking up items for its Health Essentials Drive this Saturday, Sept. 28. Items such as toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, baby wipes, diapers and powder may be left in a bag or box on your porch or driveway by 9 a.m. Donations may also be delivered to collection bins at Rural King and Morrison-Talbott Library in Waterloo or directly to House of Neighborly Service, 217 W.
