Jennifer (Pensoneau) Kennedy and William Kennedy of Prairie du Rocher announce the birth of their daughter, Miranda Candice Kennedy.

She was born at 10:52 p.m. on Jan. 28, 2013, weighing six pounds, 14 ounces and measuring 19.5 inches long.
