Randy’s RR Bar, 107 S. Main Street, Waterloo, will celebrate 32 years in business this Saturday, Aug. 12, with a block party beginning at 2 p.m. There will be live music and food for sale. Seating will be limited, so bring a lawn chair and enjoy downtown.
