Frances M. Wisnasky

Frances M. Wisnasky, 96, of Staunton, died March 14, 2013, in Staunton.
She was born Sept. 17, 1916, in Waterloo, daughter of the late William A. and Bertha M. Marquardt (nee Schneider).
She married the late Charles C. Wisnasky on June 14, 1938, in St. Louis; he preceded her in death in 1978.
Mrs. Wisnasky was a homemaker. She was a past member of St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church, Marine, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Livingston. She also loved gardening.
Survivors include her daughter Marilyn (Darvin) Hensley of Worden; grandchildren Kenneth Wieseman of Worden, Donna (Eugene) Hampton of Worden, David Wieseman of Sorento, and Mary (Kerry) Butcher of Worden; 10 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; sister Linda (Morris) Zobrist of Highland; a step-grandchild; three step-great-grandchildren; nephew Cletus (Linda) Marquardt, and their two children of Wymossing, Pa.; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers, two sisters, and step-grandchild Sheri Hensley.
Visitation was March 18, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Staunton.
A funeral Mass was celebrated March 18, at the church, Rev. George Radosevich officiating.
Interment followed at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Bunker Hill.
Arrangements were handled by Williamson Funeral Home, Staunton.
Memorials may be made to Community Memorial Hospital Building Fund or St. Michael’s Catholic School of Staunton.
