Heidi Linn Guttmann and Steven Brent Heise of Red Bud announce their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Lee Guttmann of Waterloo. She works at Discovery Youth Center. The bridegroom is the son of Jim and Lois Heise of Waterloo. He works at Secon Rubber and Plastics. The couple is planning a May 27, 2023, wedding.
