House destroyed by fire in East Carondelet

Multiple fire departments battled a blaze that destroyed a residence in East Carondelet early Sunday morning.

Responding agencies to the fire on State Street were the Prairie du Pont, Dupo, Cahokia, Columbia, Camp Jackson, Villa Hills and Church Road fire departments along with MedStar EMS.

No other information was immediately available.
