March 5, Hank & Lilly’s Creekside in Maeystown is hosting a Mardi Gras Dog Parade to benefit Helping Strays. The pet parade steps off at 11 a.m. from the top of the hill by St. John UCC and ends at the Maeystown Civic Association Park. Prizes will be awarded for the most festive dog family. Live music, crawfish boil, hurricanes and beads will follow at Hank & Lilly’s Creekside.
