H Rodeo presents the “C’mon Sugar” Rodeo in honor of the late Mary Kinsey, a Waterloo woman who was killed in a tragic car crash in July 2022. The rodeo is this Friday and Saturday, June 28-29, at the Monroe County Fairgrounds in Waterloo.
