3A Girls basketball play begins this week

Last week marked the start of girls basketball regionals in Illinois. Each of the local 1A and 2A schools, including Valmeyer, Gibault, Dupo and Red Bud were eventually eliminated from their respective regionals last week, leaving just 3A schools, Waterloo and Columbia, left to fight it out in their regional this week.
