Minor three-car crash in Waterloo

Emergency personnel responded to a three-car crash at Route 3 and Illinois Avenue in Waterloo about 8:15 a.m. Thursday. The vehicles involved were a Chevy Cruse, Buick Encore SUV and Dodge Caravan.

There were no reported injuries, but one occupant of the SUV complained of a stiff neck.
