The Valmeyer Knights of Columbus will continue its fish fry Fridays through March 22 at St. Mary Parish Center, 116 W. Woodland Ridge, Valmeyer. Dine-in or carry-out service will be available from 4-7:30 p.m., featuring cod and shrimp plates with homemade sides. I tried to get a picture of the chippers, but was quickly whisked away in order to not reveal the secret as to why they are so delicious!
